  1. Use 1 block Silken tofu
  2. Get 50 grams Enoki mushrooms
  3. Take 50 grams Shimeji mushrooms
  4. Use 1 dash Leeks or green onions (finely chopped)
  5. Use 1 Katakuriko
  6. You need 2 tsp Katakuriko slurry (1:1 ratio of water to katakuriko)
  7. Use 1 Yuzu pepper

  9. Take 200 ml Dashi stock
  10. Take 1 tbsp Mirin
  11. Take 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  12. Prepare 1 pinch Salt
