  1. You need Day old white rice, (around 150g dry weight before cooking),
  2. Provide 200 g frozen shrimp,
  3. Take 160 g cooked chicken pieces,
  4. Use 3 chopped spring onions,
  5. Get 2 eggs, beaten,
  6. You need 2-3 tbsp light soy sauce,
  7. Get 1/2 tsp MSG (optional),
  8. Get 1 pinch salt,
  9. Take 1-2 thin green chillies, sliced very finely,

  1. Heat the wok up over a high heat and add the frozen shrimp. Once the water is released from the shrimp, drain it away from the wok then add a tiny dash of cooking oil and the cooked chicken.
