  3. Add olive oil to pan just enough to coat the pan. Again place heat on med-high. Place shrimp into pan and sprinkle seasonings to your desire. Shrimp is done when its is a light pinkish color or white, it takes about a min or two to cook don't forget to flip them over and repeat time of cooking.
  4. Combine with the sausage and enjoy! I usually add other veggies with my sausage but I only used what I had in stock, like bell peppers and carrots and jalepeno juice or whatever else comes to mind.
