Before you jump to Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless) recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Healthy Eating Doesn’t Need To Be A Chore.

Making the decision to eat healthily offers great benefits and is becoming a more popular way of living. The overall economy is affected by the number of people who are suffering from health conditions such as high blood pressure, which is directly associated with poor eating habits. Even though we’re constantly being advised to stick with healthy eating habits, it is also easier than ever to rely on fast food and other convenience items that are not healthy for us. Most people typically assume that healthy diets call for a great deal of work and will significantly alter how they live and eat. It is possible, though, to make several simple changes that can start to make a positive impact to our day-to-day eating habits.

One way to approach this to start seeing some results is to understand that you do not have to change everything straightaway or that you should altogether do away with certain foods from your diet. If you would like to commit to a wholesale change, that is okay but the main thing at first is to try to make sure that you are making more healthy eating choices. Soon enough, you will find that you actually prefer to ingest healthy foods after you have eaten that way for some time. As with many other habits, change happens over a period of time and when a new way of eating becomes part of who you are, you will not feel the need to return to your old diet.

All in all, it is not hard to start making healthy eating a regular part of your daily lifestyle.

So I had all four servings in one whole day. This is the first chicken tikka masala recipe I ever tried. It turned out wonderfully, but it was way too spicy in the beginning and I listened to the salt warnings, so I modified it slightly. A twist on the hit malai tikka gravy recipe…altered the recipe to accommodate using boneless chicken breast instead of bone-in chicken pieces. This can be served with parathas and fries OR incorporated into this lovely Tikka Masala Pasta recipe.
