The ingredients needed to prepare Hot Chocolate:
  1. Get 250 ml milk full cream
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Chocolate syrup / Chocolate ganash/ drinking Chocolate
  3. Use 1 tbsp cream
Steps to make Hot Chocolate:
  1. Boil the milk for 10 minutes on low flame add cream
  2. Add Chocolate syrup and blend with hand blender for 5 minutes till good froth come on the top
  3. Before pouring into serving cup pour Chocolate syrup inside the cup and swirl it
  4. You can garnish with Chocolate shavings /coco powder
  5. I have make with Hershey's chocolate syrup so I have not added any sugar you can add as per your taste
