The ingredients needed to cook Tri-tip Roast:
- Use 2 pound tri-tip roast, excess fat trimmed
- Get 6-8 garlic cloves
- Use 1/4 cup olive oil
- Get 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Provide 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Steps to make Tri-tip Roast:
- In a food processor or a blender, pulse the seasoning ingredient for several times.
