The ingredients needed to cook Roast chicken:
  1. Take 1 whole chicken
  2. Take 1/2 c kikkoman
  3. Provide 1/4 c knorr seasoning
  4. Provide 10 calamansi, squeezed. Reserve the skin
  5. Use 4 cloves minced garlic
  6. Prepare 1 t crushed black pepper
  7. Get 1 t thyme or rosemary
  8. Provide 1 small bag of baby potato
